VIRTUAL TOUR BETWEEN OUR SCHOOLS "All togheter against the coronavirus" eTwinning project 2020/2021

  My students prepared mindmaps. I asked them 'What words come to your mind when I say All Together Against The Coronavirus?' They both answered the question in Turkish and in English;) Due to the closure of schools ; we did our activities online! We used  Text2MindMap  and  mindmeister  as web 2.0 tools;)

  I've prepared an answergarden activity.  In this collaborative work, teachers in the project will write 3 words that comes to their mind when they hear the sentence 'All Together Against the Coronavirus' ANSWERGARDEN

  Melahat Seher Primary School students introduced themselves orally to their project friends.

  There is a web page called 'BİLİM ŞENLİĞİ'. In this page you can read lots of news about education, projects and useful links related to students. Now we have news about our project in this web page.   In Turkey, authorities took a decision of face to face education in  schools for 2 days in a week. Remaining part of the lessons will continue online. For next week face to face education, I've taken all precautions in my class. I hope everything will be good and healthy.

  #CODEWEEK2020 We've tried simple coloring coding activities with our students for the first time. They really liked coding. We've also contributed in Codeweek 2020 activities and took our certificates. We warned everybody about importance of face mask with our activities.

  Schools haven't opened in Turkey yet. But I and my pupils wanted to make a video related to our project. Our aim is to warn people about using masks.

  I've prepared an eTwinning board at school;  put documents, pictures and give informations about our project!

        I've just sent this to my pupils and I wanted  them to think about what it means? I also wanted them to search for the country flags. I really wonder their predictions:)

  The worldwide health emergency linked to Sars Cov-2 highlighted the importance of the value of sharing and knowledge to face fears and insecurities. The project proposes that the pupils of various schools together face the new difficulties due to the pandemic, to overcome fears and to reflect on what surrounds us, communicating in a safe, authentic and meaningful way with European partners and sharing information. The project aims to know what the virus is, how to live and go to school in time of Corona Virus and how to defend yourself. It is a project on emotions, reflective ability and critical sense.
